Student teachers typically receive formal feedback only a handful of times during their practicum — leaving most of their practice unexamined. This talk focuses on how AI-supported tools can extend the feedback loop by surfacing patterns in classroom talk, questioning, and lesson pacing that would otherwise go unnoticed. Arguing for a human-in-the-loop model, it addresses both the pedagogical rationale and the practical realities of responsible implementation.
